Summer of Service & Engagement Challenge!
As COVD-19 has made it difficult to continue our traditional service projects and community events, we have come up with two creative ways for our members to still make an impact on our community: The Summer of Service & Engagement Challenges!
The challenge takes two forms. The first is participating in a series of activities as an individual or with your family that helps our community. Do an activity in each category and you will receive a special recognition at our next in-person meeting. Details can be found by here.
The second is a matching challenge. We have set aside $3,000 from our charitable line to match donations that brothers make to qualified non-profits who provide food, relief, medical care, etc. There is some fine print which you can find by clicking here. This program is open to all Singleton brothers and is not limited to DC charities. So if you're a brother of ours living in Pennsylvania or Arkansas or New Jersey and you donate to your local food bank, we'll match that as well!
